How long does delivery take?
UK delivery is free with Royal Mail and arrives within 5-10 working days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
We also ship to the EU for £14.99 and to selected countries worldwide for £23.99. Outside the UK, your country may charge import duties or taxes.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they're unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
To start a return, email contact@lunevvo.com with your order number and we'll send you a return authorisation and instructions. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect. See our refund policy for full details.
Can I swap it for another size?
We don't do direct exchanges. The quickest way is to order the size you need, then return the original for a refund.

What if my order arrives damaged?
