How long does delivery take?
UK delivery is free with Royal Mail and arrives within 5-10 working days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
We also ship to the EU for £14.99 and to selected countries worldwide for £23.99. Outside the UK, your country may charge import duties or taxes.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they're unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
To start a return, email support@lunevvo.com with your order number and we'll send you a return authorisation and instructions. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect. See our refund policy for full details.

We don't do direct exchanges. The quickest way is to order the size you need, then return the original for a refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
